SigEps Erik Hash, '98, Andy Pollock, '88, Scott Schwartz, '92 and Kyle Arganbright, '05, participated in the 6th Annual Sandhills Marathon June 10th, in Valentine, NE.
While 200 people from 25 states and the District of Columbia entered, the reports of blazing heat and high winds caused the actual attendance to drop to 143. (Clearly, all the lightweights from outside of Nebraska didn't know we deal with blast furnace conditions like that every day in the summer.) Erik ran the marathon, Andy and Scott put it on, and Kyle volunteered.
